How do I enroll in a course?

View all our available courses here.

Once you have selected the course you are interested in, click the Enroll button found under each course description. You will be redirected to our Change Enablement Academy Learning Hub

 

This is where you purchase courses, log in to access your unique Learner Portal, and keep track of your learning experiences.

How is self-paced eLearning delivered?

Self-paced eLearning is delivered online, where learners complete modules independently, using any device (mobile or desktop).

 

Our courses were designed with flexibility in mind, so they can also be part of a bigger learning session that is instructor-led, virtually or in-person.

As Change Enablement Academy continues to grow, instructor-led training sessions will become available.

Can I take a course again after completing it?

Yes! Once you have completed a course, you can view or re-take it as many times as you would like.

 

Access to your Change Enablement Academy courses does not expire.

When will I receive my badge or Certificate of Completion?

At the end of every module, there is a link to provide feedback on your experience. Complete the Course Evaluation survey and fill out your information to receive your shareable badge or Certificate of Completion.

Certificates will be sent to you from info@changeenablementacademy.com within 24 hours of completing the Course Evaluation. If you have trouble receiving it, please remember to check your junk or spam inbox.

Are courses refundable?

Courses are non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know how we can make your experience better by getting in touch.
